Elections are an internal matter of the country, citizens have the right to have a say in the political process: Foreign Office

Spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, says that the electoral process in Pakistan is an internal matter of Pakistan and we are fully fulfilling our responsibilities.


Foreign Office spokesperson while briefing the media said that foreign observers were also invited in the general elections, we welcomed foreign observers and Commonwealth observers.


Spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that the election process in the country is an internal matter of Pakistan.



In response to a question, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that Pakistanis have the right to talk about the political process of the country, and we will not comment on it.


The spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that we strongly condemn the Israeli aggression in Rafah city, the OIC has also warned against the Israeli aggression and Pakistan demands to stop the massacre of Palestinians including the implementation of the UN Charter.


Spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that Indian forces raided the offices of Jamaat-e-Islami in Occupied Kashmir on February 10. Jamaat-e-Islami strongly condemns the raids on the offices of Occupied Kashmir.


Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that Pakistan has reservations about the rise of terrorist elements in the region, has asked the Afghan administration to take action against terrorist groups active against Pakistan, we are concerned about the shelters of terrorists in Afghanistan.


The spokesperson of the Foreign Office also informed during his media briefing that diplomatic relations have been established between Pakistan and the Dominican Republic.
