Riyadh police spokesman Khalid al-Kridis said a man had reported that some foreigners living in the Riyadh area were preparing and selling fake PCR test reports. The defendants said they were selling the reports to their compatriots, some of whom had to travel abroad and some of whom needed negative PCR test reports to report for duty.
