Abu Dhabi (news world latest newspaper. October 30, 2021) The United Arab Emirates also cut diplomatic relations with Lebanon, the UAE government recalled all its diplomats from Lebanon to show solidarity with Saudi Arabia. According to the details, the relations between Lebanon and the Gulf countries have become extremely tense. According to the Gulf Times, the UAE also decided to immediately sever diplomatic relations with Lebanon and recalled all its diplomats.

The UAE government has also instructed its citizens to refrain from traveling to Lebanon. Earlier, Bahrain and Kuwait also announced the recall of their ambassadors from Lebanon. It should be noted that Saudi Arabia has ordered the Lebanese ambassador to leave the country while all imports from Lebanon have also been stopped.

According to a report published on Al-Arabiya.net, the Saudi government has ordered the Lebanese ambassador to Riyadh to leave the country within the next 48 hours.

In addition, the ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Lebanon has been recalled for consultations and all imports from Lebanon from Saudi Arabia have been stopped. In this regard, a statement issued by the Saudi authorities said that in view of the importance of taking all necessary measures to protect the kingdom and its people, it has been decided to stop all imports from Lebanon into the kingdom.

These decisions have been made by the Lebanese Minister of Information following aggressive statements against the state. Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the Lebanese foreign minister's statements, dismissing them as baseless. In this regard, Saudi Arabia has taken the position that all allegations leveled against the kingdom by Lebanese government officials are baseless and fabricated.

It is noteworthy that the recent tensions between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia have come at a time when Saudi Arabia has repeatedly called on the Lebanese government to take effective measures to curb drug trafficking in the country. Saudi Arabia says all crossings in Lebanon are controlled by the pro-Iranian Shiite militia Hezbollah and is involved in drug trafficking into the kingdom under a well-thought-out plan.

The Lebanese government has failed to take effective measures to curb drug use in the country. The statement said Lebanon had been asked to take steps to curb drug trafficking and punish those involved in the heinous act in accordance with the law, but Lebanon had taken no action. It may be recalled that according to the report of the official news agency SPA of Saudi Arabia, the Lebanese Minister of Information had made serious allegations a few days ago while making a statement against Saudi Arabia.
