The public prosecution has clarified that on the highways where the speed limit has been fixed at 140 kmph, if someone drives at an extra speed of 30 kmph and an accident occurs during that time, it will be considered as a serious crime. The same situation will apply to driving at speeds of up to 50 kmph on a 120 kmph highway, in case of death, disability or any other result of an accident while exceeding the speed limit. Injuries that take more than 21 days to heal will result in legal action.
