Zelenskiy says Russian UN Security Council presidency is absurd

KYIV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Saturday said it was ridiculous Russia had accepted the alternating administration of the Unified Countries Security Committee, adding this showed the foundation's "all out insolvency".
